miksu, mikko & severi trio

miksu, mikko & severi trio is a Helsinki based new group which originated from musicians’ jams together. The joint playing of the young virtuosos works effortlessly and flexibly, and each member of the trio is brave enough to try something new, yet following the natural flow of music. It is important for the band to let each member express themselves in a way that individually suits them best. Liveliness, freedom and confidence are emphasized in their playing which creates truly memorable moments. A fascinating and gripping musical ensemble will be heard in the opening concert of the festival.
